By placing your order for a custom made family history project with Family Tree Art you are legally declaring that the rights to the images or photos you provide belong to you, the customer, and you agree to the following:

You have all legal rights to reproduce the images or photos that you send Family Tree Art. In providing your photographs or digital images to Family Tree Art you give Family Tree Art permission to create and print a family history project using your pictures for the purpose of filling your order.
Photographs taken by professional photographers are protected by copyright laws. All professional or copyrighted photos must be accompanied by a signed letter from the photographer granting Family Tree Art permission to use the photograph to create your custom family history tree or project.
You agree to accept full legal responsibility for the reproduction of the photos you provide, and to hold Family Tree Art harmless for all liability they may incur as a result of processing and printing copyrighted photographs, including any other party which may claim an interest in the photograph.
